This is a box set of 5 books in as new to near fine condition. Also includes an cd still in shrink wrap. About the book: Perfect for fans of HBO's Game of Thrones--a boxed set featuring the first five novels! An immersive entertainment experience unlike any other, A Song of Ice and Fire has earned George R. R. Martin--dubbed "the American Tolkien" by Time magazine--international acclaim and millions of loyal readers. Now here is the entire monumental cycle: A GAME OF THRONES A CLASH OF KINGS A STORM OF SWORDS A FEAST FOR CROWS A DANCE WITH DRAGONS "One of the best series in the history of fantasy."--Los Angeles Times Winter is coming. Such is the stern motto of House Stark, the northernmost of the fiefdoms that owe allegiance to King Robert Baratheon in far-off King's Landing. There Eddard Stark of Winterfell rules in Robert's name. There his family dwells in peace and comfort: his proud wife, Catelyn; his sons Robb, Brandon, and Rickon; his daughters Sansa and Arya; and his bastard son, Jon Snow. Far to the north, behind the towering Wall, lie savage Wildings and worse--unnatural things relegated to myth during the centuries-long summer, but proving all too real and all too deadly in the turning of the season. Yet a more immediate threat lurks to the south, where Jon Arryn, the Hand of the King, has died under mysterious circumstances. Now Robert is riding north to Winterfell, bringing his queen, the lovely but cold Cersei, his son, the cruel, vainglorious Prince Joffrey, and the queen's brothers Jaime and Tyrion of the powerful and wealthy House Lannister--the first a swordsman without equal, the second a dwarf whose stunted stature belies a brilliant mind. All are heading for Winterfell and a fateful encounter that will change the course of kingdoms. Meanwhile, across the Narrow Sea, Prince Viserys, heir of the fallen House Targaryen, which once ruled all of Westeros, schemes to reclaim the throne with an army of barbarian Dothraki--whose loyalty he will purchase in the only coin left to him: his beautiful yet innocent sister, Daenerys. "Long live George Martin . . . a literary dervish, enthralled by complicated characters and vivid language, and bursting with the wild vision of the very best tale tellers."--The New York Tim.…

Winter is coming. Such is the stern motto of House Stark, the northernmost of the fiefdoms that owe allegiance to King Robert Baratheon in far-off King’s Landing. There Eddard Stark of Winterfell rules in Robert’s name. There his family dwells in peace and comfort: his proud wife, Catelyn; his sons Robb, Brandon, and Rickon; his daughters Sansa and Arya; and his bastard son, Jon Snow. Far to the north, behind the towering Wall, lie savage Wildings and worse—unnatural things relegated to myth during the centuries-long summer, but proving all too real and all too deadly in the turning of the season.
Yet a more immediate threat lurks to the south, where Jon Arryn, the Hand of the King, has died under mysterious circumstances. Now Robert is riding north to Winterfell, bringing his queen, the lovely but cold Cersei, his son, the cruel, vainglorious Prince Joffrey, and the queen’s brothers Jaime and Tyrion of the powerful and wealthy House Lannister—the first a swordsman without equal, the second a dwarf whose stunted stature belies a brilliant mind. All are heading for Winterfell and a fateful encounter that will change the course of kingdoms.
Meanwhile, across the Narrow Sea, Prince Viserys, heir of the fallen House Targaryen, which once ruled all of Westeros, schemes to reclaim the throne with an army of barbarian Dothraki—whose loyalty he will purchase in the only coin left to him: his beautiful yet innocent sister, Daenerys.

Descripción de la tienda
I am an online seller only. I attempt to offer the best price for an item, considering rarity, costs, condition, and other factors. For USA buyers, I figure media shipping into the price. However, I do not have a bulk mailing license (at least yet) like many big online sellers do. I mail USPS media rate unless you request priority--with an added mailing costs. Unfortunately, the USPS media shipping costs have gone up multiple times in the last couple of years. In some cases, it cost more to ship the book media rate than the actual cost of the book itself. You may ask why buy from someone who does not use bulk shipping rates? CARE IN CATALOGUING BOOKS In short, because you get a better quality service. Many bulk sellers may sell the book cheaper (especially if they can bulk ship it) but most do not take the time to list book conditions carefully or add photos. So you are often buying a book without a good idea of what its condition is. They often say things like "may contain markings and other defects or be a library discard." We take care in listing and take a look inside and outside the book, noting any defects in the description. If it is a hardback we note conditions of the dust jacket, and in some cases fix deteriorating dust jackets. We also repair books if needed; if not, we describe the repair needed. If there is not a stock photo of the book or our book differs from the stock photo, we provide a photo of the book. In some case, we provide multiple photos. We often provide copies of tables of contents or book reviews (about the book notes). CARE IN MAILING Many bulk seller, take little effort in mailing your book. Some put them in a thin plastic mailing bag that may arrive with tears in the bag. We take care in shipping, and we wrap all books (except small brochure and paper) in butcher paper and a tight layer of mailing tape on top so the book has little chance of arriving damaged. Pricier and more delicate older books are mailed in cartons and also wrapped in butcher paper. The books are mailed individually and not in bulk rate, which in itself helps preclude damage in shipping. IN SHORT--BETTER SERVICE FOR A LITTLE MORE IN COST As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for. We would like to work with you and gain your trust. We accept returns and will answer any inquires by email, mail, or phone (text or voice). Thank you for reading this. Frank (sunalso)…
