Paperback. In the vast expanse of deep space, a mission was about to unfold that would shake the very foundations of the universe. The crew of the Starship Horizon had received orders to investigate the Galactic Rift, a mysterious anomaly that had confounded scientists for generations. Led by the determined Captain Patel, the crew embarked on their perilous journey towards the Rift, braving treacherous wormholes and the unknown dangers that lay beyond. But their mission was soon complicated by the arrival of Admiral Maxon's forces, who were determined to stop the Horizon crew at any cost. As they delved deeper into the Rift's powerful gravitational field, the crew began to experience strange and terrifying hallucinations, their minds twisted by the Rift's immense power. A member of the crew was infected by an alien virus, threatening to tear the team apart. Captain Patel was forced to confront her own dark past as the crew navigated dangerous black holes and faced off against Maxon's ruthless forces in a deadly space battle. As the crew entered the Rift itself, their journey took on a new level of intensity. They made a shocking discovery about the true nature of the Rift, and a mutiny threatened to tear the crew apart. But they also encountered a long-lost alien race guarding the Rift, and Captain Patel faced a difficult choice that could determine the fate of the entire universe. In a final showdown with Maxon's forces at the heart of the Rift, the true purpose of the anomaly was revealed, and the crew was faced with a decision that could change the course of history. They raced against time to find a cure for the infected crew member and emerged from the Rift forever changed by their journey into the unknown. This is the story of the Horizon crew, their journey through time and space, and the ultimate sacrifice they made to protect the universe they called home. This item is printed on demand.
