The resources offer preparation for the OCR exams with teacher support to minimise the amount of time spent on administration and maximise the time available for teaching. In addition, the teacher's resources are available on CD-ROM in a fully customizable format to meet the needs of individual students. There are 3 books for double award (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) and 3 books for separate award (Biology, Chemistry and Physics). They are written specially for OCR specification A. They provide integrated coverage of the new ideas and evidence requirements in Sc1 and prepare students for assessment in this new area. Higher tier content is clearly separated out to help students focus on what they really need to know. Full coverage and exploration of the higher tier content makes the books challenging and interesting for more able students. Key learning point summaries help students to control their own learning and key words and a glossary should aid students' understanding.
