Acerca del autor
KEITH P. AMBACHTSHEER is Director Emeritus of the International Centre for Pension Management at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and President of KPA Advisory Services, which provides strategic advice to a global clientele of pension and investment organizations. He is the author of three bestselling books and has been a regular contributor to industry journals since the 1970s.

Our Bookshop is in Copse Road in Clevedon and is open every day of the week except Mondays, from 10.30am to 4.30pm. The Bookshop Co-operative comprises nearly 650 members from around the world and was set up to stop the only second-hand bookshop in our town from closing. The benefit of being a member/shareholder is only social: no-one benefits financially. Efectos del desistimiento

We pack our books in corrugated book wrap or book boxes. We try to respond to orders the same day as we receive them or during the next business day. Shipping costs are based on books weighing up to 1.1 lb, or 0.5KG. If your book order is particularly heavy or oversized, we may contact you to request an additional payment to cover extra postage costs.
