This documentary edition brings together ten public records concerning the 2026 federal investigation of election records from Fulton County, Georgia. The collection begins with the search-warrant affidavit and descriptions of material to be seized, follows grand-jury-subpoena litigation through the parties' briefs and the district court's July 7 order, and concludes with congressional letters seeking information, preservation, briefings, or inspector-general review.
The documents represent different legal and institutional acts. An affidavit presents facts and inferences offered to establish probable cause; it is not a verdict. A Department of Justice brief advocates the United States' position in contested litigation. A judicial order states the court's rulings and reasons on the motion before it. Congressional letters present oversight concerns and requests, not adjudicated findings. This edition keeps those categories separate.
The record also requires a distinction between an investigation of election records and proof of outcome-changing election fraud. Allegations in an affidavit, warrant, subpoena, brief, or oversight letter do not themselves establish that an offense occurred or that the certified 2020 result was invalid. Readers should evaluate each claim by its source, procedural posture, supporting evidence, and any response or ruling reproduced here.
A separate White House release on July 17, 2026, published newly declassified intelligence and federal records concerning election-system vulnerabilities, foreign acquisition of voter data, a Michigan voter-registration investigation, and state voter rolls. Two documents mention Georgia election infrastructure, but those materials are not findings about Fulton County's certified 2020 result or the investigation documented in this volume.
Placed in chronological and procedural sequence, these materials show the interaction of criminal investigative authority, election-record retention law, grand-jury secrecy, local election administration, privacy concerns for election workers, judicial supervision, and congressional oversight. They preserve a fast-moving public record while making its competing claims easier to locate and compare.

We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.

Efectos del desistimiento
