The flame was only the beginning. Now, the boundaries of reality are tearing apart.
Following the Great Eclipse, Ryn and her companions believed the worst was behind them. They were wrong. The ritual didn't just threaten the sun-it cracked the very foundation of Aethelgard, opening the Primal Breach.
From the jagged fissures in the earth, ancient forces long forgotten are bleeding into the realms. These aren't just shadows; they are the raw, unfiltered energies of creation and destruction, and they are consuming everything they touch. As the landscape shifts and familiar kingdoms become unrecognizable, Ryn must navigate a world where the laws of magic have been rewritten.
To close the breach, the group must journey into the heart of the "Fractured Realms"-a place where time and space collide. But with the Primal power calling to the darkness within Ryn herself, the greatest threat might not be the rift in the sky, but the one tearing through her own soul.
The walls are falling. The breach is open. How much of the world is left to save?

Acerca del autor
Carrie Ray is a storyteller who refuses to be pinned down. Whether she is crafting high-stakes sonic conspiracies in the Small Town, Big World Mysteries, weaving faith-driven suspense in The FBI and the Lady or building the epic supernatural reaches of The Primal Chronicles, Carrie explores the many facets of the human experience. Grounded in a search for truth and connection, Ray's work offers a story for every mood-from pulse-pounding thrillers like The Resonant Kill to narratives that inspire the spirit. This versatility stems from a childhood spent in vivid daydreams, a trait that now helps her transport readers to immerse new worlds. Based in Texas, Carrie's curiosity for the "unseen" drives every page she writes. When she isn't charting the course of ancient civilizations or solving gritty crimes, she can be found at home with a crochet hook in hand, catching up on her favorite series. She invites readers to join her journey and discover new worlds to daydream about for themselves.
