'A delightful and idiosyncratic collection.' - School Library Journal Silly, heartfelt, nonsense poems to be read aloud with friends and loved ones. I'm having jelly for tea I'm having jelly for tea It's not even my birthday But I'm having jelly for tea Forwards Always is a collection of poems to be read aloud. The poems are activated through performance and play. There are daft poems, quiet poems, wonky poems and dancing poems. The book is a puzzle. Make sense of it together, listen to it, take turns, hold it upside down and wear it as a hat. Have fun and find your own way forwards.
