Acerca del autor
PHILIP ARESTIS is Professor at the Cambridge Centre for Economic and Public Policy, University of Cambridge, UK, and Senior Research Fellow at the Levy Institute, New York City, USA. His publications include Introducing Macroeconomic Modelling: An Econometric Study of the United Kingdom, Money, Pricing Distribution and Economic Integration, What Global Economic Crisis? and The Post-Bubble USA Economy. He has been editor and joint editor, and has served on the editorial board of a number of journals. MALCOLM SAWYER is Professor of Economics at Leeds University Business School, UK.
