Volume 1 contains the original texts in Hebrew, Arabic, Ladino, and other languages whereas Volume 2 contains their English translations. Upon the invitation of Regius Professor of Hebrew at Oxford Universtiy S.R. Driver, Prof. Neubauer has undertaken the task of editing collected Jewish commentaries on this remarkable chapter of the biblical book of Isaiah which has for ages formed one of the principal battlefields between Christians and the Jews.
