Paperback. Ivy Hartwell built the life she thought she wanted: a corner office in Boston, a five-year plan, and just enough distance from Larkspur Falls to never look back. Then her grandfather falls off a ladder, the family orchard turns out to be drowning in debt, and the first person she runs into on the drive home is the one man she left without a real goodbye.Jesse Calloway spent ten years turning himself into someone who saves old buildings for a living. He never expected the woman who broke his heart to be the one asking him to save her family's hundred-and-forty-year-old cider barn - the same barn a developer wants to bulldoze for a resort. With six weeks until the Harvest Festival decides the orchard's fate, Ivy throws herself into the one thing she's always been good at: building a plan. Save the barn. Win the town. Don't fall for Jesse Calloway again. She's better at two out of three. As old feelings resurface between cider presses, town-hall meetings, and a covered bridge that keeps witnessing the worst and best conversations of her life, Ivy has to decide whether the woman who ran once is finally ready to stay - and whether the life she's been chasing in Boston was ever really the one she wanted at all.Falling for Larkspur Falls is a sweet, small-town, second-chance romance about apples, honesty, and the home you don't know you're homesick for until you're standing in it again. A hundred-and-forty-year-old barn is worth fighting for. So, it turns out, is a second chance. This item is printed on demand. Ivy Hartwell built the life she thought she wanted: a corner office in Boston, a five-year plan, and just enough distance from Larkspur Falls to never look back.
Then her grandfather falls off a ladder, the family orchard turns out to be drowning in debt, and the first person she runs into on the drive home is the one man she left without a real goodbye.
Jesse Calloway spent ten years turning himself into someone who saves old buildings for a living.
As old feelings resurface between cider presses, town-hall meetings, and a covered bridge that keeps witnessing the worst and best conversations of her life, Ivy has to decide whether the woman who ran once is finally ready to stay - and whether the life she's been chasing in Boston was ever really the one she wanted at all.
Falling for Larkspur Falls is a sweet, small-town, second-chance romance about apples, honesty, and the home you don't know you're homesick for until you're standing in it again. A hundred-and-forty-year-old barn is worth fighting for. So, it turns out, is a second chance.

Acerca del autor
Sed Filho is a Brazilian author who writes heartwarming stories about healing, second chances, and the quiet beauty of starting over. His novels blend emotional depth, atmospheric settings, and characters who feel remarkably human-flawed, hopeful, and unforgettable.
Driven by the belief that stories can serve as safe harbors in turbulent times, Sed creates books that offer comfort, tenderness, and the warm glow of a guiding light. Whether exploring seaside towns, emotional journeys, or the delicate courage found in ordinary lives, his writing invites readers to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the small miracles around them.
In addition to fiction, Sed also writes about personal development, mindset, and emotional well-being, always with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and transformation. His narrative voice is known for its sensitivity, introspection, and the gentle way it blends simplicity with emotional resonance.
When he's not writing, Sed can be found researching new ideas, exploring coastal landscapes for inspiration, or crafting stories that remind readers that light-soft, steady, and resilient-can always be found, even after the darkest storms.
