DAVID B. WOOLNER is Assistant Professor of History and Political Science at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, USA and Executive Director of the Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt Institute in Hyde Park, New York, USA. A specialist on Anglo-American relations during the administration of Franklin Roosevelt, he is the editor of FDR, the Vatican and the Roman Catholic Church in America, 1933-1945 and The Second Quebec Conference Revisited: Waging War, Formulating Peace-Canada, Great Britain, and the United States in 1944-1945.
