It's time for educators to make decisions shaped around objective data. It's time to leave procrastination to the status quo and develop meaningful, results-oriented changes in our classrooms that affect student learning today. It's time to elevate our professionalism and embrace our share of responsibility for the academic achievement of all students, no matter their circumstances. It's time to spread our passion to our colleagues for what is the noblest profession on earth, and to do so in the same manner with which we did when we first became educators. It's time for action.
