Nick Cavalancia (MCSE, MCT, MCNE, MCNI) is director of training and consulting for Comsphere (wwww.comsphere.com) where he specializes in high-end Exchange 2000 and Windows 2000 infrastructure designs. Nick has worked as a Microsoft and Novell trainer, and a consultant for large scale Exchange 5.x and Exchange 2000 projects supporting 2,000-150,000 users. He is an editor and a contributor to numerous books and also speaks regularly at conferences, including the Microsoft Exchange Conference 2000.

Refunds and Returns
Any book, you feel does not fit the description, may be returned for refund of
purchase and postage costs, within thirty (30) days from receipt, provided it is
returned in the same condition as it was received. Please, however, inform us
first. All other returns or refunds will be at our discretion.
Customs/Import Fees
For delivery, you may be subject to import duties
and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country when
ordering goods from ¿us¿.

Derecho al desistimiento

Efectos del desistimiento
