It’s over. He’s gone. My father can’t hurt me anymore, & Delonna—a threat I didn’t even know about—has been eliminated.

Story over. Book Done.

Except...A presence is following me. I still hear my father’s voice. And girls on campus who look like me are winding up dead.

It’s not over, is it?

But I’m trying to piece together my life. I finally have space to grow. I finally have Alec & Lucas with me. But my Ghoul is different. The Ritual affected him more than we realized.

And beyond all that, I can’t stop looking at Delonna’s book of secrets. There’s more going on than any of us realizes.

We’ve accepted the darkness within us, but I don’t know if we’re ready to face the evil that lurks around us at every turn.
