Acerca del autor
Timothy Cubitt is an Associate Professor of Criminology at the University of Adelaide. He previously led Professional Standards research at the New South Wales Police Force, and has consulted on the development and implementation of misconduct detection, management and prevention analytics for policing agencies across the world. Tim’s research has developed new, evidence-based, approaches to misconduct prediction, management and intervention, officer vetting and selection, and opportunities for remediating emerging misconduct-prone officers.

Efectos del desistimiento

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
