Acerca del autor
Norman K. Denzin, the longtime editor of Studies in Symbolic Interaction, passed away in August 2023. Regarded as the ‘Father of Qualitative Inquiries’, Prof. Denzin is considered as one of the most important scholars of the 20th and 21st centuries.
Shing-Ling S. Chen is Professor of Mass Communication in the Department of Communication and Media at the University of Northern Iowa, USA. Trained by Carl J. Couch as a symbolic interactionist, she studies information technologies and social orders, as well as communication processes and social relationships.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.

Efectos del desistimiento
