Faithfully Collected out of the Extant Writings of those Ages. Printed in London for J. Wyat. 1719, 181 and 176 pp, 2 parts bound into 1, 7.75 x 5, 8vo, rebound hardcover cloth binding. In good rebound condition, with minor rubbing and wear to boards. Hinges are tight and text block is bound well. Ex-library, with occasional small stampings and markings. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce and nicely preserved 1719 edition of the original 1691 piece by Peter King, 1st Baron King (1669-1734), a religious author and politician who served as Lord High Chancellor from 1725 to 1733.
