The dental management of medically compromised patients can be sometimes problematic in terms of oral complications, dental therapy, and emergency care. The evaluation and treatment of these patients is one of the difficulties that modern dental experts must overcome. Elderly patients with complicated medical histories and numerous medication use are far more likely to be at least somewhat dentulous. A complete history is necessary to determine the medical status of the patient. Acquiring a comprehensive medical history is crucial.
