You have veered off your intended track in life - these motivational sayings will help you get back on track. Positive affirmations help remove your negative software in the brain and replace it with positive qualities. This re-writing is associated with a re-wiring in the brain – a process known as ‘neuroplasty’. With repetition, the positive changes become permanent. As a result, you improve your self-esteem, develop more self-confidence and become emotionally stable. You become a more loving, caring and a friendlier person. Positive thinking also impacts your physical health – you become physically more active. Positive affirmations also reinforce the positive characteristics that you already possess.
Acerca del autor: The author is a medical doctor who was indicted for a financial crime. He accepted his mistake and spent close to two years in a Federal Prison Camp. During his incarceration, he personally faced several unpleasant emotions and physical ailments. He also witnessed the extreme emotional turmoil that many inmates experienced during their time in prison. This book is written for them – to help them keep their sanity during the hard times, to help them keep their heads high despite the mistakes they may have made, and to help them forget the past, live in the moment and have faith in a better future.
