As humans, we are blessed with the ability to resist acting discourteously. It is not an easy task, especially when we are overwhelmed with emotions and feelings that make us uneasy. Writing helped me channel these feelings in such a way that it not only calmed me but also made me proud. My pain, worries, discomfort, and fear turned into something beautiful. Now, when I look at these compositions, I feel stronger than I imagined myself to be. This book is the culmination of all the emotions, the thick and thin, that I have journeyed through. Sabika Saiyed is a physiotherapist who believes that everyone should be treated with courtesy. Having albinism and being different has fueled her passion to work hard and pursue a professional career. She is a strong believer of never projecting pain and anger onto others. This book is a souvenir of her journey towards healing.
