However, not realized by millions of our people is that education is the primary pillar of our nation and the human mind is the foundation upon what this pillar rest. 

This book is devoted to the failings of our current public educational system. It begins with what education is, when it started and how, what education is today, and what are required (includes planning stage) to restructure the proper system, all important factors in the educational system stressing the teacher, the student’s responsibilities—what they are and their importance—all administration, explanation of the important factors of leadership and management in the educational process from the top down.
