Virtually A4, size, softcover book. The book is in reasonably good condition, it is used and there are pencil markings / workings from previous owner/users, which give the book that sense of character and charm. Normal wear, tear and marks apply consistent with use and age. No specific published date, but would assume its around the 1930's to 1940's. A couple of tiny tears to side of front page, hardly noticeable. Staple bound. 24 pages, all intact, all pages are in good, clean, readable order. A brilliant book and perfect for anyone wishing to learn the piano, as its well put together in a simple but instructive way, even in today's terms. Its also a nice collector's item.
