Adam Barclay, a scientist and veterinarian, is sure that he has found a way to make mankind and animals 15 times stronger and more intelligent. His dream to unite mankind and animals to live in harmony looks like it may come true because he's a candidate for the job of Director at the San Francisco Zoo. It's the perfect place for his experiments, but the greed of politicians and some zoo board members thwarted the opportunity.
