Dr. Rishabha Malviya completed B. Pharmacy from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) from Gautam Buddha Technical University, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. His PhD (Pharmacy) work was in the area of Novel formulation development techniques. He has 12 years of research experience and presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy, School of Medical and Allied Sciences, Galgotias University since past 8 years. His area of interest includes formulation optimization, nanoformulation, targeted drug delivery, localized drug delivery and characterization of natural polymers as pharmaceutical excipients. He has authored more than 150 research/review papers for national/international journals of repute. He has 58 patents (19 grants, 38 published, 1 filed) and publications in reputed National and International journals with total of 250 cumulative impact factor. He has also received an Outstanding Reviewer award from Elsevier. He has authored/edited/editing 58 books (Wily, CRC Press/Taylor and Francis, Springer, River Publisher, IOP publishing and OMICS publication) and authored 50 book chapters. His name has included in word’s top 2% scientist list for the year 2020, 2021 and 2022 by Elsevier BV and Stanford University. He is Reviewer/Editor/Editorial board member of more than 50 national and international journals of repute. He has invited as author for "Atlas of Science" and pharma magazine dealing with industry (B2B) "Ingredient south Asia Magazines".
Shristy Verma completed B pharm from Banasthali Vidhyapith, Rajasthan and M Pharm from the Galgotias University, Greater Noida, India. Her area of interest is nanoformulation, formulation optimization, characterization of biodegradable polymers and artificial intelligence. She has authored more than 10 manuscripts for international journal of repute. She has attended more than 8 national and international seminars/ conferences.
Sonali Sundram completed B. Pharm & M. Pharm (pharmacology) from AKTU, Lucknow. She has worked as a research scientist in project of ICMR in King George’s Medical University, Lucknow after that she joined BBDNIIT and currently she is working at Galgotias University, Greater Noida. Her PhD (Pharmacy) work was in the area of Neurodegeneration and Nanoformulation. Her area of interest is neurodegeneration, clinical research, and artificial intelligence. She has Authored/Edited/editing 20 books (Wiley, CRC Press/Taylor and Francis, River Publishers, IOP publishing etc). She has attended as well organized more than 15 national and international seminars/conferences/workshops. She has more than 8 patents national and international in her credit.
Harshil Shah serves as a Senior Manager, Bioequivalence (BE) at Cosette Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s South Plainfield, NJ site. He is an R&D expert with over 12 years of scientific experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Harshil received his M.S. in Pharmaceutics specialized in Industrial Pharmacy from Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY. His vast experience includes the development of various complex generic dosage forms like semi-solid, transdermal, Otic, ophthalmic formulations and 505(b)2 products where he has been instrumental in the development of Analytical, Formulation and Bioequivalence strategies. During the tenure, Mr. Shah led the development of products resulting in first-to-file, first-to-market, and CGT designations. While developing the complex dosage forms Mr. Shah led technical discussions with the FDA, spanning pre-ANDA development meetings, post DRL/mid-cycle reviews, post CRL meetings, and various control correspondences. At Cosette, he is heading Bioequivalence department which is responsible for working collaboratively with other site and departments across the U.S. and he also leads the Bioequivalence activity with different CMO/CRO and Pharma Company globally to innovate novel Bioequivalence approaches for the development of complex generic pharmaceutical dosage forms.
He has worked for various Pharma companies like Amneal Pharmaceuticals, G&W labs, and Solaris Pharma with various scientific positions. Overall, his experience spans from early product development, Bioequivalence, Quality compliance, Product filing, and post approval support for pharmaceutical dosage forms.

Derecho al desistimiento

Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a Chiron Media, Wallingford, United Kingdom, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
