""This book of short poems is a diary of a journey that has one final destination: mental well-being. The author, Marika Strano, suffers from anxiety and, since the last months of 2022, she stuggles also with depression. Here the desire to share the poems that her psychologist asked her to write every day to express her feelings. Sharing is caring, and nly by sharing our weaknesses (and the long journey we take to find the joy to live and to appreciate the little things) they can be helpful to other people. Sometimes we forget to take care of our emotions and of our inner well-being. We consider our jobs, school and University the most important part of our life, forgetting to stop and just...breathe. This book is a journey through the darkness of suffering and depression, but it contains verses of light and hope to remind ourselves that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.""
