Welcome to the world of prostate problems: pain, embarrassment and leaking tubes!

Mike went in for a straightforward prostate biopsy, and came out unable to pee - for three long months.

Suddenly he discovered many of his friends were also dealing with prostate issues, but nobody talked much about it.

If you’re a man over 50 you need to read this book.

Has your doctor started to throw acronyms like PSA and BPH and even TURP at you?

Do you know what your prostate does, or what can go wrong with it?

Are you aware that prostate problems will be a serious issue for most men at some time in their lives?

Do you know that not everyone with prostate problems has cancer?

This book is for you.

With plenty of practical and helpful detail, and in a down-to-earth, easy-to-read fashion, Mike explains what men over 50 need to know about their prostates.

With humor, he charts what happened between his biopsy and the subsequent TURP operation.

He discusses the more serious case of a fellow-sufferer who had worse complications.

He shows how necessary it is to get as much information as possible from those in the medical profession.

And he reminds us that it’s essential to keep on having prostate checks: prostate cancer is one of the prime killers of men from middle-age onwards.
