This text is a collection of readings, action-oriented skill buiding exercises and cases in organizational behaviour. All chapters now integrate a selection of: readings, some classic and some contemporary, that present concepts and theories; experimental exercises for developing practical skills - self-assessment questionnaires, skill practice sessions and theory application group work; cases, classic and new, for applying concepts and theories in management situations; and brief written memo assignments in which students analyze the concepts and theories in terms of their own work and group experiences.
