Love knows no borders, and in Destinations of Desire, it ventures where few have dared to follow. From the misty valleys of Andorra, where passion blooms like wildflowers in secret gardens, to the rugged terrains of Kosovo, where love defies scars of history and conflict, this collection captures the essence of human connection in its most breathtaking form. These are not just tales of romance; they are odysseys of longing, courage, and the unyielding belief that love can be found in the most unexpected corners of the world.
This is not a collection of fairytales; it’s a passport to the messy, electrifying, and bittersweet reality of random romance. It’s about the lovers who meet by chance, defy the odds and unite , and sometimes walk away. It’s about the ones who stay, the ones who fight, and the ones who dare to dream. Whether you’re longing for a whirlwind escape or a quiet, soul-deep connection, Destinations of Desire is your ticket to explore the infinite ways love finds us, no matter where we are. When you throw a stone into the still water , the waves that are created attempts to reach towards us . Some of them will achieve that and some of them smash before they reach you .
Every story is stamped with desire and chance , a whirlwind love affair in the sunlit streets of Italy, a quiet seduction beneath Greece’s starry skies, or a heart-wrenching reunion on Baku’s Caspian coast. Destinations of Desire invites you to traverse a map inked in passion, where every border crossed and every secret whispered brings you closer to understanding love in its infinite shades. Prepare to lose yourself in these tales of fire and tenderness, where every destination leaves an indelible mark on the soul.
Destinations of Desire, invites you to embark on a voyage through the uncharted territories of the heart. From the cobblestone streets of ancient Andorran villages to the vibrant markets of Kosovo, these stories whisper the universal truth , that love is both the compass and the map. Each tale reveals a moment a glance, a touch, a kiss , that changes everything, unraveling lives and weaving them anew in the language of desire.

Descripción de la tienda
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
