This volume is the proceedings of two series of conferences: the 15th Seasonal Institute of the Mathematical Society of Japan, entitled 'Deepening and Evolution of Applied Singularity Theory,' held at Workpia Yokohama in November 2022, and the RIMS long-term workshops conducted from October to December 2022 at Kyoto University's Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences (RIMS), Saitama University, and Kyushu University. Comprising four survey articles and sixteen original research articles, the proceedings present a well-balanced coverage of key topics in Applied Singularity Theory. Each survey is clearly written with sufficiently many examples, and the original papers contain intriguing new results.
