Acerca del autor: Dan Hill, Ph.D., is the founder and president of Sensory Logic, Inc., a consulting firm whose clientele has included over 50% of the world's top 100 B2C companies. A certified Facial Action Coding System (FACS) practitioner, Dan is the recipient of seven U.S. patents related to this scientific tool. Among his five previous books, Emotionics was chosen by Advertising Age as one of the top 10 must-reads of 2009. Dan's TV appearances have included ABC's "Good Morning America," NBC's "The Today Show," CNN, ESPN, Fox, MSNBC, PBS, and The Tennis Channel.
