Vintage Everyman set. All 6 volumes in the desirable Everyman Library binding with matching heavy buckram boards. The spine title is enclosed in a gilt border with 'E' and overlapping 'L' enclosed in a gilt circle or teardrop. 'J.M. Dent' blind stamped to the foot of each spine. 5 volumes missing front free end paper. Red cloth in very good condition with some fading evident. The binding in each volume is firm. Some neat pencilled annotations and underlining in some volumes. Volume 3 has tinted edges to the text block but still an attractive set with good shelf appeal.
