Acerca del autor: Gina L. Mulligan was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 at age 40. After her diagnosis she received over 200 encouraging cards and notes from friends and strangers - healing messages that helped her in her illness. Mulligan wanted to be sure other breast cancer patients were encouraged in this same special way, so she started a charity called Girls Love Mail in 2011. Since then, Girls Love Mail has delivered more than 20,000 handwritten letters to women living with breast cancer.
