Annie Deadman is a personal trainer who specialises in overhauling the bodies – and minds – of women of a certain age. With menopausal women in mind, she has devised something the BLAST! programme, which promises results in just seven days or radical transformations after 21 days. Most recently, she was the woman behind Viv Groskop’s incredible transformation. She’s also a proper grown-up herself, being a 56-year-old mother-of-two,

Efectos del desistimiento
