She found him buried under the desert.
She recognized him from television.
Airman Onyx Rhinehart has spent her career following orders, trusting the system, and believing the chain of command exists for a reason. That belief ends the day the ground collapses beneath her feet and she discovers what the U.S. government has spent decades hiding - a ship that shouldn't exist, and a man who shouldn't be alive.
His name is Damien Blade. He's powerful, dangerous, and completely impossible.
Because Onyx has seen his face before. On a screen. In a world she thought was fiction.
He says that world was real. That he crossed dimensions to reach ours. That the government captured him, buried every record of his existence, and spent years using him as a test subject while the world above went on without him.
When the military finds them, they don't come to help.
They come to make sure no one finds out.
Now Onyx is running from the institution she served, hunted by people who have every resource she doesn't, and her only ally is a man she can't fully trust. Damien has power she doesn't understand, secrets he hasn't told her, and intentions that shift depending on how desperate things get.
If he gets his abilities back, there's no telling what he'll do with them.
And no guarantee Onyx will be able to stop him.
CONSPIRACY is a dark psychological sci-fi thriller for readers who like their characters morally complicated, their tension slow-burning, and their institutions exactly as corrupt as they always suspected.
