Eve Adamson is a veteran pet writer with hundreds of published articles and is contributing editor to Dog Fancy. She is also co-author of several books including The Complete Idiots Guide to Yoga Illustrated, The Complete Idiots Guide to Meditation, and Empowering Your Life with Joy.
Eve Adamson is the co-author of numerous bestselling Complete Idiot?s Guides® including The Complete Idiot?s Guide® to Yoga. She also co-authored the hugely successful Mediterranean Diet.
Tricia Thompson, MS, RD, is an independent nutrition consultant specializing in celiac disease. She is a member of the Dietitian Advisory Board of Gluten-Free Living Magazine and a work group member of the American Dietetic Association's Evidence Analysis Project on Gluten Intolerance. The author of the celiac disease section of the American Dietetic Association?s Nutrition Care Manual and Celiac Disease Nutrition Guide, Thompson has written many professional articles and is a presenter at conferences dealing with gluten-free foods and diet and celiac disease.
