'Competitive dialogue' is a new procedure for procuring major government projects such as roads, hospitals and IT systems. This examination of its legal framework will assist those involved in procuring projects in Europe, including those in central and local government who are responsible for selecting contractors, and their legal advisors.

Acerca de los autores: Sue Arrowsmith is Achilles Professor of Public Procurement Law and Policy at the University of Nottingham, where she is also Director of the Public Procurement Research Group and of the postgraduate executive programme in Public Procurement Law and Policy.

Steen Treumer is Professor of Procurement Law and Privatization Law and Director of Studies at the University of Copenhagen. He is also a consultant in public procurement law.
