Practical and useful as many of these are - dealing, most of them, with the engineering rather than with the working of collieries; or describing the machinery and appliances required at collieries and in most cases being designed for the Mining Student rather than the Mine Manager - they have said little or nothing about labour, wages, cost of working, the daily routine of a colliery in work, or the actual duties of the Colliery Manager; and where they have touched upon systems of getting the coal, they have done so in brief outline rather than in working detail. Efectos del desistimiento

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
