David F. Chang, MD, is a clinical professor of ophthalmology at the University of California, San Francisco, and has a private practice specializing in cataract surgery in Los Altos, California. Dr. Chang graduated from Harvard College and earned his Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Lee graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and cum laude from Harvard Law School. He attended medical school at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, on a full merit scholarship and graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors.

Named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in ophthalmology in 2015, Dr. Lee completed his ophthalmology residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins. He was selected to receive further training in cornea, cataract, refractive, and glaucoma surgery at Minnesota Eye Consultants, one of the most prestigious fellowships in the country. While there, he was named Fellow of the Year by the Vanguard Ophthalmology Society.
