This is a catalogue of auction sales held in Paris on February 22-28, 1878, featuring 1588 items. The first part includes topics such as theatrical architecture, theater history, almanacs, legislation, the art of the actor, manuscripts, and autographs. The second part covers opera, comic opera, musical literature, dance and ballets, jests and satires, burlesque theater, biographies, songbooks, prints and drawings, bibliography, and manuscripts.
