Acerca del autor
Prof Marianna Sigala
Dr Marianna Sigala is a Professor at the University of South Australia and the Director of the Centre for Tourism & Leisure Management. She is a widely published and multi-awarded authority with research interests including services and experience management, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in tourism and hospitality, as well as wine tourism. She has a long record of leadership and participation in international research projects (e.g., E.U. and the Council of Europe). She is a past President of EuroCHRIE and a past member of the executive board of ICHRIE and IFITT. She currently serves on the executive board of CAUTHE. She is the co-editor of the Journal of Service Theory & Practice, and the Editor-InChief of the Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Management. In 2016, she was awarded the prestigious EuroCHRIE Presidents’ Award for her lifetime contributions and achievements to tourism and hospitality education. Since 2020, Professor Sigala is also appointed as Research Fellow of CAUTHE.Anastasia Yeark CMgr MIML Anastasia Yeark is a Chartered Manager (Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders) and an Academic Head of the Strategy and Operations Discipline at Kaplan Business School. She holds a Masters of Business, a Bachelor in International Hotel and Tourism Management and has a decade worth of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Her current passion lies within the higher education industry and curriculum design. Since 2017, Anastasia has been representing Kaplan Business School at CAUTHE as a chapter director, and in 2019, she was appointed as CAUTHE executive committee member.
Dr Rajka Presbury
Dr Rajka Presbury coordinates the scholarship activities at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) at Torrens University. Before joining academia, Dr Presbury gained extensive professional experience in the hotel sector and had held several management positions in Banqueting Services, Restaurant, and Event Sales and Conventions. Rajka is an auditor for the International Centre for Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE ICE): www.the-ice.org.
Dr Marcela Fang
Dr Marcela Fang is a management lecturer in the Faculty of Higher Education at William Angliss Institute, where she teaches strategic management, leadership and innovation. Her experience includes lecturing, design and development of curriculum for higher education and industry settings. Marcela’s research focuses on leadership, leadership development, evaluation of higher education and training programs, strategy and innovation.
Prof Karen A. Smith
Prof Karen A. Smith is an Associate Dean in the Wellington School of Business and Government, Victoria University of Wellington, where she is also a Professor of Tourism Management and teaches tourism and event management. She has co-edited four books and journal articles on a range of tourism and volunteer management areas. She makes extensive use of case studies in teaching and curriculum design.

El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).

Efectos del desistimiento

Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a Brook Bookstore On Demand, Bristol, United Kingdom, +39 3485885209, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
