For millions of American vets who returned from war during the most publicly hated and unpopular war in history; I was one of the lucky few because of an accident. In a hurry running out the back door; I grabbed the 'TABOO' cap, the one which had the taboo words 'Vietnam vet' written on it. While pumping gas a busy lovely brown eyed lady walked up to me and tilted her head reading my cap and said 'Vietnam correct ' I yanked off the cap and said 'Woops wrong cap, sorry' and through it in the truck. With lovely manicured hands she took my dirty farm hands; looked me in the eyes and said, 'Sir I want to thank you for your service.' The lovely lady disappeared in the flood running down my dirty face. I screamed and cried with so much joy and happiness the 'birds hushed their singing.' My old flop eared dog tilted his ugly head and said 'what's wrong boss, did your head jump time ' That was the first time I felt okay after a ¿ century; and feeling okay is heaven and I know there are millions of vets who do not yet feel okay and millions have gone to their eternal rest not feeling okay. I was one of the lucky few. Sweet lady you wrote this little book and saved a life and many PTSD lives. This little book talks about trapped emotions which is a big part of PTSD and anyone who suffers with traumas; children and wives, husbands to horses, dogs and cats can suffer with trapped emotions so hug your kid, wife or husband, your horse, your dog or cat and they will feel good and so will you. It also talks about what you and I can do about the vet and teen suicide epidemic; school shootings and bombings, school or public bombings and how an epidemic of caring and hugging may slow it down. The book shows how shootings, bombings and suicides often happen in the actor's 90% subconscious mind and the 10 % conscious mind knows nothing about it; so the actor feels no guilt and would pass a lie detectors test. Our favorite news caster asks the expert on suicides why; and she says 'we're the last to know, they don't tell anyone they just do it The expert forgot to add the actor knows nothing about it either because his subconscious survivor mechanism was at work Many are able to control their rage through a belief system as in prayer or talking about it to a friend or a willing listener. Derecho legal de desistimiento
Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
