A war can just as easily be won by avoiding it with diplomacy, wonder weapons developed by your scientists in secret, being the best at knowing other people’s secrets, on the floor of a stock exchange, in the busy floors of your factories, or the cavernous interiors of mighty shipyards. But, in the end, the matter must be decided one way or another. Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war. Victory by Any Means (VBAM): Campaign Guide is a generic sci-fi campaign system that can interface with existing tactical war game rules or else operate as a stand- alone campaign environment. Unlike some campaign systems, VBAM is easy to run - both for players and gamemasters alike. The time savings is even more important considering the breadth of the rules: research, intelligence networks, space and ground combat, colony insurrections -- rules for all of these (and more) are included in the VBAM campaign rules. This modular rules system is designed to integrate seamlessly into your favorite game universe. The main book includes several existing player species to get you started and rules and ideas to create your own source material. Several pre-created source materials are available to expand your gaming universe.…

All pictures are stock (not actual) photos. Our grading system is listed below
for your review on the exact condition of the item you will be receiving.
OUR GRADING
*SW Shrink Wrapped. Still in the original factory shrink wrap, with condition
visible through shrink noted. For example, 'SW (NM)' means shrink wrapped in
near-mint condition.
*Mint Perfect. Brand new.
*NM Near Mint. Like new with only the slightest wear, many times
indistinguishable from a Mint item. Close to perfect, very collectible. Board
games in this condition may be played but show little to no wear.
*EXExcellent. Lightly used, but almost like new. May show very small spine
creases or slight corner wear. Absolutely no tears and no marks, a collectible
condition.
*VG VG Very Good. Used. May have medium sized creases, scuff marks, very small
stain, etc. Complete and very useable.
*Fair Very well used, but complete and useable. May have flaws such as tears,
pen marks or highlighting, large creases, stains, marks, a loose map, etc.
*PoorExtremely well used and has major flaws, which may be too numerous to
mention. Item is complete unless noted.
*More Notes Some items are listed as 'code/code.' The first code represents the box or book cover condition,
the second code describes the contents. When only one condition is listed, then the box or cover and contents are in the same condition. I
*A '+' (plus) sign indicates that an item is close to the next highest condition. Example, EX+ is an item between Excellent and Near Mint condition. A
'-' (minus) sign indicates the opposite.
*Defects noted Major defects and/or missing components are noted separately.
