Most famous for being the major ingredient of Bordeaux's greatest red wines, Cabernet Sauvignon has conquered the wine-producing world. From France to Australia, it makes some of the world's most sought-after red wines, but if handled badly it can also disappoint. Dave Broom guides the reader through the multitudes of varieties that are available on the shelves, highlighting the world's top producers who manage to strike the balance between quality and quantity to make the best wines from this grape. The practical format of this guide means that it can be used at home or while travelling.
