Printed under the banner of the Instituttet for Sammenlignende Kulturforskning. The three volumes on the Burushaski language are divided as follows. Volume I: Introduction and Grammar (Preface by G. Morgenstierne). Volume II: Texts and Translations. Volume III: Vocabularies and Index. The first one includes a fold-out map (see image) and concludes with seven full-page b/w photographs. Condition (all three books in a similar state): pale turquoise cloth boards with gilt (gold) titles. Each of the boards has some spotting on it (vol. II slightly more than the others). Each book has some spotting on the edges (top and fore edges in particular). All three have mild tanning throughout. Pagination: vol I. pp. lxiii, 464, vol. II pp. vii, 418, vol III pp. xvi, 545.
