A little over ten years ago, an elderly gentleman told me in one of our interviews that bad relationships cause burnout. From that day on, I have been researching this thesis, and the more I looked into it, the more the facts confirmed it. When it started to show up in real life, in my everyday life... it was time to take action.
So today, you have a book, a handbook that will show you the challenges that many individuals face. In the very first story, you will find out why the book was written and what led me to it, which I believe is very telling.
The book is for anyone who has ever found themselves in personal, emotional distress. That feeling is when you are overwhelmed by intense sadness or out of breath, when the ground beneath your feet crumbles, or when you don't know if that pain or distress will ease. If the elephant in our breast will finally rise and let us breathe and survive. All these feelings are awakened in many people, and it would be hard to say that there is a person with normal feelings who has not felt some of these physical or psychological pains. And many people have not been in the best position to deal with it, not knowing how to react and how to help themselves.
This book contains my stories, but also the stories of those who may walk past you every day, ride in the car next to you and sit next to you on the bus, train, or even plane. The true stories and feelings of ordinary people willing to share them with us, with the intention that each of us knows that we are not alone in these feelings. And there is nothing wrong with them, that it is all the result of - I won't say bad, but mostly non-relationships. And we can fix that. If we only allow ourselves to put ourselves first. We have it!

Efectos del desistimiento
