Heavy wear to cover, corners and edges, exposes the boards. Has soiling to cover and pages, with creases. Some cracking between pages exposing the webbing. The gold text on the cover and spine have some fading. Few pages have color bleeding to the pages as well as yellowing from age. Some tearing down the spine edge of few pages.
