Acerca del autor
Dr Alan Greene is a Reader in Constitutional Law and Human Rights at Birmingham Law School. His research examines the limits of constitutionalism in the context of emergency powers, counter-terrorism, and constituent power. He is the author of Emergency Powers in a Time of Pandemic (Bristol University Press, 2020) and Permanent States of Emergency and the Rule of Law: Constitutions in an Age of Crisis (Hart, 2018) which was shortlisted for the 2018 Society of Legal Scholars Birks Prize for Outstanding Legal Scholarship.
He is a former member of Ireland's Offences Against the State Act Independent Review Group (2021-2023).

Efectos del desistimiento
