Descripción del artículo del vendedor

This book tells the story of the life and times of the Black Prince, one of the greatest warriors of the Middle Ages and an exemplar of English chivalry. A legendary figure in English history, the Black Prince, the eldest son of King Edward III, achieved his greatest triumph at the Battle of Poitiers during the Hundred Years War between England and France. From his childhood the prince had a special devotion to Canterbury Cathedral, to which he gave generously throughout his lifetime. He is buried at the heart of the cathedral in one of its most magnificent tombs - adorned with an effigy, a painted canopy and the prince's own arms and armour. The book has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.

We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others.
