Acerca del autor
Kristen S. Springer, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts. She earned her doctoral degree from the
University of Florida, and completed her postdoctoral clinical and research training at the Anxiety Disorders Center and
the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Hartford Hospital's Institute of Living in Hartford, CT. She continued
working at the Anxiety Disorders Center as a staff psychologist before opening her private practice in Concord,
Massachusetts where she specialises in the assessment and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders in adolescents and adults. She has authored several book chapters and scientific journal articles in the fields of anxiety, hoarding, OCD and chronic pain. David F. Tolin, PhD, ABPP, is the founder and director of the Anxiety Disorders Center/Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Hartford Hospital's Institute of Living in Hartford, CT. He is adjunct professor of psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine, and maintains a private practice in the greater Hartford area. Tolin has authored more than 150 scientific journal articles, as well as the books Face Your Fears: A Proven Plan to Beat Anxiety, Panic, Phobias, and Obsessions and Doing CBT: A Comprehensive Guide to Working with Behaviors, Thoughts, and Emotions.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.
Should your order arrive damaged, not as advertised or faulty, we must be advised of this within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us so we can find the best solution for you.

Efectos del desistimiento
