Ioannis Lampropoulos holds doctoral and postdoctoral research experience in managerial accounting, performance measurement, and health economics. His research focuses on performance measurement and management of cost and profit centers in organizations operating in dynamic environments, as well as on cost estimation and big-data analysis in public health systems. He teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate university programs and has an active research profile with publications in international scientific journals. Professionally, he is engaged in management and human resources development.
Angeliki Tsameti holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior within the realm of Human Resources Management, obtained from the Department of Economics at the University of Thessaly, Greece. She holds a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and is nearing the completion of her second postgraduate program in digital transformation and public management. Her professional background includes experience in the planning, submission, and implementation of projects funded by the EU Moreover, she is certified in Adult Education and Counselling. Since 2020, she has been serving as a trainer for Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education Institutions (HEI), instructing courses such as Organisational Behaviour, Management, Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship, and Developing Graduate Skills for undergraduate students, while also participating in various academic conferences at both the EU and national levels. In addition, she has authored several publications in academic journals.
Victoria Bellou is Professor of Management at the Department of Economic Sciences of the University of Thessaly and Director of the Management Laboratory. She holds a PhD (University of Piraeus), an MBA (University of Macedonia) and a first degree in Business (University of New Haven, USA). She published in international journals including Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Research, Tourism Management and Journal of Travel Research. Bellou has served as lead researcher in European and Greek funded research projects and provides executive training and consulting to SMEs and public organizations.
Alexandros Kakouris is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology of the University of Peloponnese with the subject “Entrepreneurial learning and education”. He holds a PhD in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master's Degree in Adult Education from the Hellenic Open University and a second PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of the Peloponnese. He teaches and conducts research in Entrepreneurship and Innovation with a focus on start-up and youth entrepreneurship. He has been teaching for several years at various Greek universities. He has also served as Innovation Advisor of the National Observatory of Athens for one year and has many years of experience in career counseling of students as coordinator of the Career Office of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In the field of entrepreneurship, he has participated in the scientific committee of international conferences (more than 20), co-edited 8 special issues of journals/collected volumes/practical conferences, and has authored a total of 4 books, more than 11 chapters in edited volumes, more than 20 articles in scientific journals and more than 38 articles in conference proceedings. His research interests are in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, learning and education (entrepreneurial intention, creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial opportunity, entrepreneurship as a learning process, etc.) as well as adult education and the use of new technologies and methods in education. He is a member of the editorial boards of the International Journal of Management Education published by Elsevier and Entrepreneurship Education and Pedagogy published by sage.
Tania Kolympari is an Assistant Professor of Educational Evaluation at the University of Crete. Her research examines evaluation as a central mechanism of educational governance, focusing on how evaluation practices shape organizational learning, quality assurance, and evidence-informed improvement. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Open University of Cyprus, contributing to postgraduate teaching and supervision. She has an active research profile, with publications in international peer-reviewed journals, three academic monographs, and two edited scholarly volumes. Her work focuses on teacher and school evaluation, formative assessment, and evaluation and accountability policies, contributing to international debates on educational quality, governance, and improvement.
